These terms govern your participation in the Cleaner Connect Affiliate Programme (“Programme”) operated by Cleaner Connect UK Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By joining the Programme, you (“Affiliate”, “you”, or “your”) agree to these terms in full.
1. Eligibility & Approval
- You must be at least 18 years old to participate.
- You must create a free Cleaner Connect account and submit an affiliate application.
- We manually review and approve all applications. We may request your social media profiles or website to assess suitability.
- We reserve the right to reject any application at our sole discretion.
2. How It Works
- Upon approval, you’ll receive a unique referral link to promote Cleaner Connect.
- You will earn a recurring commission for each qualifying cleaner who signs up through your link and maintains a paid membership.
3. Commission Structure

MLM (Platinum Only)
- Level 1: 20% of the commission earned by your directly referred affiliates.
- Level 2: 10% of the commission earned by their referred affiliates.
MLM earnings are only active while you maintain a Platinum membership. If you downgrade, all MLM benefits are removed.
4. Qualified Sales & Payout Terms
- A referred sale must be at least 60 days old before becoming eligible for payout, allowing time for refunds or chargebacks.
- Payouts are made on the 5th of each month (or the next UK working day).
- Payouts are made via PayPal only. You are responsible for ensuring your PayPal email is accurate.
- Minimum payout threshold: £5. Earnings below this will roll over to the next month.
- No transaction fees will be deducted from your payout.
5. Attribution & Cookie Policy
- Referrals are tracked via cookies that last 30 days.
- Attribution logic (e.g. first-click or last-click) is determined by our affiliate platform provider (Push Labs).
- You will not receive credit if the referral:
- Uses a different browser or device,
- Clears cookies before signing up, or
- Signs up after the 30-day window.
6. Promotion Guidelines
You agree to promote Cleaner Connect in an ethical and brand-safe manner. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Spamming (email, comments, messages, or forums)
- Misleading or deceptive claims
- Impersonating Cleaner Connect or claiming official endorsement
- Posting your referral link on coupon or cashback sites without our express written consent
- Using paid ads that target the Cleaner Connect brand name or trademark
- Promoting via adult, gambling, or illegal websites
Violations will result in immediate removal from the Programme and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
7. Self-Referrals & Exclusions
- You may not earn commission on purchases made using your own referral link.
- Commissions are only paid on cleaner service provider membership sales. No other services or categories (e.g. suppliers, clients) are eligible.
- Cancelled subscriptions, refunded transactions, or disputed payments do not qualify.
8. Monitoring, Fraud & Termination
- All affiliate activity is monitored and manually reviewed before payouts are made.
- We reserve the right to:
- Decline or cancel any affiliate at any time
- Withhold or reverse commissions suspected to be fraudulent or non-compliant
- Remove inactive accounts (after 12+ months of inactivity, at our discretion)
9. Modifications to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued participation in the Programme after changes means you accept the revised terms. We will notify you of significant updates via email or your affiliate dashboard.
10. UK Only
This Programme is currently open to affiliates globally, but only pays commission on referrals who become paid Cleaner Connect members in the UK. A separate programme will be launched for other regions in future.
11. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Programme. We make no guarantees about potential income or success.
